coins

The Mint has been operating as an integral part of ZIN since 1938. In its early days the Mint only manufactured circulating coins made of copper, zinc, nickel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal alloys. Today, it manufactures commemorative and numismatic coins, gold coins, silver coins, orders, plaques, medallions, badges, and other similar products. ZIN has large coining capacities and is able to mint profiled coins (pentagonal, octagonal) in proof and proof-like technique.

We possess horizontal and vertical minting presses, a line for the production of vehicle registration plates, and equipment for electric discharge machining.
